Yuvraj Palace

I visited Hotel Yuvraj for a Sangeet Ceremony. The celebration yard is decent but small and I am writing my experience for there only and not the room. From the outside, the hotel looks good, has good interiors as well. The public toilets could use some cleaning because they stenched. Also, while we were there in the courtyart, a small piece of concrete fell right where the fast food counter was, so I guess the building needs maintenance. But overall, from the food to the location, the hotel is fine.

The place is located near the Airport and Railway Station, and has well furnished rooms with all necessities expected. However maintenance of the rooms and amenities is lacking with broken toilet seats and negligible service in the room (we asked for a bottle of water and never got it). Even though the Reception staff is courteous, there is apparently a shortage of staff and therefore low service quality.

One of the Oldest hotels in Ranchi but not updated with time . food and services are average though prices are at par with 5 star hotels. Suitable for small gatherings of not more than 150 people. Less parking for guests . More of a show off rather than prompt service. The person responsible for food and beverage service does not anticipate the items served at counters and Wait till the dishes are empty. It took time to replenish . An average place to hold parties and functions.
