What an amazing place to stay! This gem is somewhat hidden in the narrow streets of Panormo, but once past the door you enter a fantastic interior. Authenticity and modern accents that fit together seamlessly, light colors, hidden corners and a beautiful garden create a wonderful experience. However, it is mainly the hostesses who ensure that you also experience "Crete". Thank you for your dedication, your attention and genuine interest in the guests, you really feel at home here!

The Z Boutique hotel is wonderful. They were very accommodating with our late check in due to a delayed ferry. Our room (Silene) was beautiful, and very comfortable. Above all else, the kindness and friendliness we experienced was extraordinary. We got excellent recommendations on activities, local restaurants and beaches. The breakfasts were so delicious — always something new to try on each of our four days — they even created a boxed package for us to take when we checked out extra early on our last day. Nikki, Julia and the cleaning staff were always so kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!

Loved it! Such a little gem of a place. The Panormos village itself isn’t anything remarkable at all, the beach isn’t great either. But this place is a beautiful base for exploring the wider area and Rethymno. Or you can just lounge an entire day by the pool. Very clean, great attention to detail, beautifully appointed with a sweet little oasis of a courtyard. Nice wifi throughout. Staff are so helpful and amazing too! Would definitely come back. The only tiny objection is the breakfast. Granted, it’s tasty and there is an insane variety of home-made jams, but for me it lacked variety in the more basic department - it’s either eggs with some kind of bread/pastry or yogurt. Would have loved to see a fruit salad and vegetables for that price. It’s a pretty expensive breakfast. Still all tasty though. Thank you for making me feel so at home for 4 days!
