The receptionist was very friendly... she spoke very well in English..(Thank you for that) The room was Ok , the air conditioning didn't really work, it was 38 degrees outside ,and the room was hot ( but i don't think it's always hot in that region.. Breakfast was OK....

Nice Hotel, Calm And quite place

The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout. The restaurant staff is friendly, always wearing smiles and providing excellent service. Although we didn't use the spa facilities (massage, etc.), we did take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Although they are on the smaller side, they exude a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, making them the perfect spots to unwind after a long walk. Initially, we found the pillows to be uncomfortable, resulting in a somewhat restless first night. However, after requesting additional pillows for the second night, we slept like babies. While the shower was impeccably clean, it unfortunately had a minor clogging issue. Upon arriving at our room, there was a slight closed-off smell, but fortunately, the room boasted generously-sized windows that allowed us to easily ventilate the space. One great feature of the room was the small fridge, which proved to be ideal for keeping our water chilled. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was enormous and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking relaxation, as it is situated in a remarkably peaceful area, surrounded by lush greenery and the nearby river. Additionally, the center of Otwock is conveniently close, making it a perfect spot for enjoying an ice cream treat. During your stay at this hotel, I highly recommend trying out Kaszmir Indian restaurant, which is only a pleasant 19-minute walk away and the Mazowieckie Landscape Park.
