Very nice place to stay in Ioannina. Excellent breakfast and really good coffee. Near the hotel, 3 minutes walk it's a big free parking. The distance to city center is a few minutes from the hotel, approx 10 minutes to the castle. The persons who's dealing with the hotel are kinds and helpful.
Modern clean design. Comfortable beads and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walkable to all interesting places. We ordered breakfast from the menu and it was delicious. Great espresso, Z coffee was my favorite.
It’s okay for a two-star hotel, but I’m not sure why it’s listed as four-star. Overall, it feels more like an apartment complex with a coffee shop next to it. The bad: * There’s no elevator. * My sleep experience wasn’t great: it was very noisy due to street traffic, and there was an annoying blue light directly above the bed that couldn’t be turned off. Not sure why they’d place it right where people sleep. * The toilet had "leftovers" and wasn’t cleaned properly. * The so-called "lake-view balcony" barely offered a view of the lake. It felt like false advertising. * Breakfast was quite underwhelming and not very appealing. The good: * the staff are nice. * The apartments are newly constructed. * The location is convenient.
