Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach Curio Collection by Hilton

We had the most magical time at Zachari Dunes. It is such a beautiful place. The views from the rooms are amazing, the pool is so much fun, and the food is soooo delicious.my husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and William at the front desk was so amazing, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely wonderful. Thank you William! We will remember our vacation for years to come. Our favorite getaway place. ❤️

Very disappointed Hilton! So much potential but so many overlooked details. Great location, clean beach. Room/suite was clean but balcony covered in bird poop (not cleaned). Housekeeping unfriendly. Phone didn't work in room. Huge gap under door - easily accessible for bugs/rodents. Pillows too soft. Grounds were clean, except pool area seemed unsanitary. The happy hour food very disappointing! Raw/cold wings served three times in a row - can you say salmonella!! Best happy hour items were the fish tacos. Front desk staff cold and unwelcoming from the start - was never told the features of the resort. The Airstream food truck seemed cool except they appeared not prepared for booked hotel - long breakfast lines - very slow service.

Hotel needs work. The water feature is green. Not attractive at all. Pool was a tad cloudy and they ran out of towels. They don’t have washcloths . There was dog poop on the main walkway and my son stepped in it . They didn’t clean it up til the next day. Room smelled musty. For the price it was not worth it’s everything needs to be rented for the beach at ridiculous prices and you have to drag it out to the beach yourself .Beach is stunning. Staff was friendly. Very pricey for the amenities offered. They act like a 5 star resort and they aren’t.
