Beautiful place, amazing experience! Had the best time at Zacs Valley Resort! The location is just stunning — surrounded by nature, peaceful vibes, and those mountain views... wow! It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were super sweet and helpful. Always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. Felt very well taken care of throughout the stay. The food was also really good — fresh, tasty, and served with so much warmth. Loved the breakfast especially! Overall, the hospitality, the stay, and the whole vibe of the place was just perfect. If you're planning a trip to Kodaikanal, I’d 100% recommend Zacs Valley Resort. Can’t wait to go back! 🌿😊

One of the best resorts near Kodaikanal! A truly peaceful escape with beautiful stream and valley views. The ambience was serene, perfect for relaxing. What stood out the most was the warmth and kindness of the entire staff — from the security to the gardener, everyone treated us like their own neighbors, welcoming ,always friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Shameer, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. And the food? Absolutely amazing !!!— every bite was delicious! I’d easily rate it 10/10. Loved everything about our stay!

I had a horrible experience visiting this resort. The road is completely destroyed and not at all fit for any normal cars to drive. The pathetic road stretch is of 6.5kms and there is a high risk that your car might get stuck in between. The resort did not inform us prior about the road condition and we were in a seriously bad situation. I booked this hotel for 3 days paying all in advance but after seeing the road,I did not bother about the money and left the place the same day and shifted to another hotel. I requested the manager of the resort to pay me back at least 2 days of the price I paid,but he denied. I stayed there just for an hour and noticed that the cottage had only two functioning lights due to which the room looked gloomy. I called the reception but no service again. I would highly recommend to avoid this resort as, not only the road is dangerous but also overpriced. I have attached a few videos in which you can see that even a car like Bolero is struggling to pass through the road. If you are visiting this resort then go at your own risk.🙏🙏🙏.
