Zadun Los Cabos a Ritz Carlton Reserve

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Baja. From start to finish, the experience was unforgettable. Our Toswani went above and beyond to make sure our children felt special, surprising them with cookies and milk, a delightful assortment of Mexican sweets, and other thoughtful touches that made the trip magical. The property itself is stunning. The views were breathtaking, we spotted whales from our lounge chairs almost every day! The rooms were spotless and aesthetically beautiful, designed with a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural elegance that made us feel completely at ease. The location is serene yet accessible, and the hotel made it easy to arrange transportation both into town and to our boating excursions. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to making our stay as relaxing and seamless as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and look forward to returning!

The best resort experience in every possible way. The rooms are lovely, the grounds are pretty, the pools are relaxing, and the food is top shelf (every single meal was a standout). But what really makes Zadún shine is the service. Everyone is beyond pleasant, cheerful, helpful, accommodating and caring. They do go out of their way to make any special celebrations noteworthy. I cannot say enough, or find enough properly effusive adjectives, to give the staff and resulting atmosphere due credit. It is not possible to overstate how much we enjoyed our trip.

From the moment we arrived at Zadún, we knew we were in for something extraordinary. The property is absolutely stunning and serene, lush, and meticulously maintained, blending desert beauty with the breathtaking backdrop of the Sea of Cortez. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded comfort and understated luxury. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and stepping out onto our private terrace felt like a dream. The spa deserves special mention it was world-class. The massage therapy was deeply restorative, and the entire spa experience was tranquil, indulgent, and healing. It’s a destination in and of itself. Throughout the property, we enjoyed several beautifully designed pools, each offering a unique vibe from relaxing and quiet to more lively and social. No matter where we were, there was a sense of peace and balance. The dining options on-site were also impressive. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented, whether we were enjoying a casual breakfast or a fine dinner. Every single employee we encountered was professional, warm, and attentive. Their genuine care and thoughtful service elevated our stay from wonderful to unforgettable. And of course, being right on the beach added a special kind of tranquility. Whether walking the shoreline or simply lounging and listening to the waves, the setting invites deep relaxation. Zadún isn’t just a resort it’s a sanctuary. We left feeling renewed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return.
