Well where do I start. This hotel is nothing but exceptional. From the service by all the staff, the immaculately clean restaurants and guest areas, the amazing gym, bars that catered not only alcohol but amazing non alcoholic cocktails , the lunch restaurant served the most amazing food and even when busy the service was professional , personable and prompt. The breakfast and evening buffet was varied every day with amazing choices of freshly prepared cuisine. The day time entertainment was really well run by one very hard working lady who had boundless energy. The hotel is so peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind with no blaring music around the pool. Location is perfect. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and a supermarket next door if you need anything. All the staff at the hotel from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff were always very courteous and friendly. Overall this holiday was perfect and we will be returning.

Rooms were nice, although we couldn’t see any entertainment as we were in the side on the restaurant roof. Food was decent most days. Although we did have issues with having to wait for our lunch. On the first day we ordered out starters and then got told after waiting to talk to someone we have to order all courses at the same time. The next day we ordered all 3 courses and had our ice cream dessert brought out with the starters, on our small table. Pool was nice. Pool staff were perfect. The lady in the pool bar was always helpful. Our main issue was just lack of communication. Nice place, close to the beach just could do with someone explaining how the hotel works.

This hotel could be so lovely - and yet we have come away from our holiday (which we have waited a long time for and saved up!) feeling stressed and disappointed. The staff on the whole are lovely and work very hard, but the hotel let's itself down as others have remarked - there's only one snack bar open during the day - the pool bar wasn't open for the entirety of our stay - which meant the snack bar couldn't cope with demand - there's no table service/bed service around the pool - you need to go and get your drinks, and at the bar at night too. Quite often, the queue would be 5-10 people deep. You don't want to be queuing for your whole holiday. There was also an hour when the snack bar closed and the night time bar hadn't opened yet - so no drinks available at all. If this is advertised as an all inclusive then it should be an all inclusive. The only god send was the air conditioning in the room worked a treat - other than that there weren't many places to go and sit and cool down other than your room - the air conditioning didn't seem to be on in the restaurant or bar areas indoors. The table service in the restaurant at night was brilliant - couldn't fault it - just everywhere else was disappointing. The food was OK - but some of the dishes were questionable - reheating of chicken one night - not great! Don't stay here if you want to truly chill out, because you can't! Which is disappointing when you pay a lot of money for it. A positive - it is quiet and people are respectful around the pool in the day to be quiet, also, the fitness lady is brilliant and very positive.- offering aqua aerobics, yoga and quizzes too.
