Zafiro Palace Palmanova

This was our second time visiting, and once again it was excellent for us. The facilities and atmosphere make it a great choice for families. That said, the evening entertainment for children under three is virtually non-existent, which is a shame. There’s a perfectly good stage that could easily be used for something simple like a mini disco around 7pm — it would make a big difference for families with younger children. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was fantastic. The garden has a lockable door leading directly to the pool, so you can close it off and let your children play safely inside without worry. The staff are, as always, fantastic — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Booking restaurants is done through the app. It works, but as with most systems like this, it can feel like more hassle than it’s worth. A simple paper-and-pen booking option at reception would be a much easier alternative. The location is also a big plus: it’s very close to the airport. If you grab a taxi instead of waiting for a transfer, you can get there quickly and avoid the crowds. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely return.

5 stars! We had an amazing time at this hotel, the hotel is incredible with the amount of pools, food selection, location, room quality and entertainment. We wanted to thank the amazing staff for making our stay even more amazing. Our son had the best time because of Julia, Andrea & Antonio; every evening they played with him from the start to the end and he absolutely adored them. They were amazing. This hotel is perfect for those with families and also couples who want a quiet holiday. Would 100% recommend to everyone. We will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful hotel, scrupulously clean and the loveliest staff who are all so hard working. They can’t do enough to make sure their guests are happy. Fabulous location 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return, what a lovely place!
