A brilliant hotel. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make our holiday even better than we expected. The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was exceptionally clean and the buffet restaurant served a very wide and quality range of food. It was delicious. All areas were excellent.

Just returned from this family holiday. This hotel experience was terrific. The staff excellent especially the domestic staff. The rooms were kept spotless, beds changed and towels too no issues. Every part of the hotel was kept to a very high standard( only wish some guests would clean up after themselves after eating and drinking round the pool areas). Was not all inclusive so cannot comment on food or presentation in restaurant hotel, but food at pool bar was very good. The only small issue was drinks at pool bar were of a rather different taste therefore we tender to order in hotel bar and take to pool, bit more expensive but better quality. Would have absolutely no hesitation booking this hotel again as the children had so much to do to keep them entertained. My only comment on the area around the hotel and nearby streets that let it down is the amount of dogs poo on the street. Very difficult to keep an eye on children walking and pushing a pram

Overall a great hotel with so may positives for families. We stayed 11 nights and here are my bullet point take aways: Pros - Most staff excellent and so welcoming - Pool areas amazing. We had 2 kids under 5 and the Pirate Ship pool & Long pool were amazing. Relaxed atmosphere and lifeguards not overly fussy thankfully - Evening entertainment was good. Our little fella was terrified of Izzy - Lovely playground for the younger kids - Food generally great, huge selection. Maybe a few tweaks around proper Irish/English sausages for breakfast, but not a real issue - Room was good. Reliable AC, big TV and comfortable beds which is important in 38 degree weather - Location excellent. 1 block from the beach which is just a short stroll Cons - Some staff clearly not happy to be there in my opinion - No locks on many bathroom doors - Unbelievably there was regular leaf blower usage at 7.30am. I thought it was drilling at first but upon investigation it was a leaf blower, most or every morning. - Large Beer €5.10. Not really large, 400ml max. Too pricey in my opinion for an already expensive hotel Overall we loved it despite the few issues but we would definitely return again next year
