The most beautiful villa I have ever stayed in after 40 years of renting villas all over the world. Zaki is an amazing host and goes above and beyond in every aspect to make your stay as special as she can. The whole villa and it's surrounding are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the views are simply breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Zaki Villas (Zaki 5). Everything from the stunning mountain side location and views over Skiathos town to the immaculate accommodation is 5 star. We hired a jeep and would suggest that a 4x4 of some sort is preferable for getting about. The villa is completely private and when we were there very peaceful. Zaki is exceptionally helpful and friendly and on hand if there is anything you need. Will return ASAP!!!

My family of five (kids aged 5-11-15) are pretty much hotel-averse; it's not that we are anti-social, it's just that what we really REALLY value on a 2 week vacation in the islands is serenity and privacy in an exclusive environment. Zaki's villa's on the mountain overlooking Skiathos town is just what the doctor ordered. I had some reservations about renting in a multi-villa layout, but they were completely erased as soon as we arrived. The strategic placement of the walls and greenery are perfect, and the way the villas spill down the hill in an offset fashion means that despite one's proximity to the neighboring villas, you still get the feeling that you're alone in your eyrie. Lounging by the private pool, shaded from the hot Greek sun by an umbrella, with the beautiful blue Aegean contrasting against the stark white buildings of Skiathos town at your feet is the definition of peaceful bliss. OK, so occasionally you hear a stinking, noise polluting ATV go up the hill behind you, but the number of those rude intrusions are far outnumbered by the solitary call of a songbird. The photos on Zaki's website are completely accurate and are not misleading at all, what you see is what you get. And I will enthusiastically echo the praise of previous reviewers' opinions of Zaki herself. I don't believe I have ever met a villa owner that was more pleasant and accommodating to their guests. Every amenity you might need is available, and if it's not absolutely perfect, she will make it so. With a smile............! As others have also stated, you will need a car to stay unless you plan on either cooking all your meals in house or eating all your meals at the excellent Panorama restaurant 50 meters up the hill (the menu is extensive enough you could easily do so). Truly and sincerely a five star experience.
