Let me walk you through the “4-star experience”: • Burnt food? ✅ • Aluminum foil inside your pizza? ✅ • Rude staff who pretend the manager doesn’t exist? ✅ • No apology, no refund, no respect? ✅✅✅ I asked to speak to the manager after finding aluminum in my food. The receptionist said he was busy (doing what, I wonder?) while he was clearly downstairs doing nothing. Then the waiter tells me he’s the manager. What kind of circus is this? The pizza was burnt — first bite was already bad. Then comes the surprise inside the second slice: a lovely piece of foil. When I showed them, they acted like it was my fault. And yes, they still made me pay. Honestly, this place should be rated 0 stars. The only thing impressive about Zaki Hotel is how confidently they offer such terrible service. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. Unless your goal is to ruin your mood and waste your money.

Zaki Hotel in Meknes is hands down the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This place is a complete joke and a waste of money. If you’re planning to enjoy your time — stay FAR away. If you want to get scammed and treated like garbage, then go ahead and book here. From the minute I checked in, it was a disaster. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and don’t care about the guests at all. I had a serious issue with the food — the pizza came out burnt on one side and the other slice had a piece of aluminum inside. When I complained, the waiter laughed and told me I should have said something after the first bite. Are you serious? How was I supposed to know the second piece would contain metal? I asked for the manager multiple times. The receptionist said “he’s busy,” but I saw the guy literally sitting downstairs doing nothing. When I asked the waiter again, he had the nerve to say “I’m the manager.” What kind of place is this? Not only was the food disgusting and dangerous, they still made me pay for it! No apology. No refund. Just blank stares and attitude. And this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel? What a joke. I’ve had better service in street cafés. The service is beyond terrible, the food is unsafe, and the staff clearly don’t care. If you value your money, your time, or your health — stay away from Zaki Hotel. I regret ever stepping foot in this place. Don’t say nobody warned you.
