I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff. I would especially like to thank Kenza, who was incredibly professional, kind, and always welcoming. Her warm attitude and constant smile made me feel right at home. She was always ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure guests were satisfied. A big thank you to her and to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay with top-notch service. Thank you all—I’ll definitely be coming back!
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service left much to be desired. Whenever we approached staff with concerns, we were brushed off and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. It was clear we weren’t the only ones having issues—several other guests shared similar frustrations. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making it very uncomfortable, especially at night. When we reported it, nothing was done, and we later found out that many others were dealing with the same problem. On top of that, the food was honestly quite bad—not just bland, but poorly prepared and unappetizing overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a serious concern. Common areas and even our room were far from clean, which raised questions about the hotel’s hygiene standards. Adding to the disappointment, the location is isolated. To top it all off, the manager was shockingly rude and dismissive when we tried to escalate our concerns. Rather than offering any form of apology or solution, they acted as though we were the problem. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience in hopes of saving others from a similar one. This hotel needs serious improvements in service, maintenance, and overall hospitality.
Would not recommend this hotel if travelling with children. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for a room no AC no wifi travelled from UK with my 8 yr old. No staff came to checkup on us ask for water or fan nothing. Love holidays representative Zack came and got things moving. No wifi in our room TV wasn't working. Met other families who were not happy at all because AC wasn't working in most rooms. Food was very basic with it being all inclusive would have thought there would be proper meal choices. Had to go out and get proper meals.
