Zalagh Parc Palace

We traveled as part of a tour group and this was used by several other busloads of tourists. That said, the facilities are not crowded, are beautiful, and are pleasant. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The rooms are looking a bit ‘tired.’ The AC was okay but not great as it took several hours to cool. We had both a breakfast and dinner here. The food was okay but nothing great. We stayed two nights and when we returned from our day’s activities all of us were locked out of our rooms. This was remedied quickly with a visit to the front desk. We also had no towels in our room requiring another trip to the desk. This was also quickly remedied. They have a small clothing boutique inside that is reasonably priced. My wife bought a scarf but they are not able to do a credit card which loses them business. We did not swim but the pool looks beautiful and a number of people enjoyed it.

We stayed here in October as part of a group tour, along with most other guests. The hotel was very crowded, which led to a bit of confusion, especially at meal times. The food was bland, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with replenishing the buffet. On the positive side, the hotel has a lovely garden and pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with useful amenities like an iron, though our shower didn’t work. Smoking is allowed indoors, which may be a consideration for some guests.
