Zamek Biskupi Janów Podlaski

I've been wanting to write a review for a long time. I stayed at this hotel for 4 months on business and I can only say words of praise for all the staff. From the chef, waiters, maids, receptionist to the manager. Even though we had a language barrier, everyone always did their best to help me. They did this even in situations that were outside their domain of work, e.g. how and where to book a rental car I had some specific requests but they fulfilled them all. I used the gym which is exceptional, the wellness is very good with saunas, tennis court also and the culinary experience in the hotel is perfect. Finally, I would like to recommend Zamek to everyone!!!!! Greetings from Croatia from your longest-standing guest

fabulous desserts, great drinks, nice atmosphere, beautifully renovated interiors by Arche. Great idea with bookstore filled with interesting books.

Despite booking a superior room, we were put into a room in the main house but next to a small ballroom with loud children’s dance going on. Told no other rooms available. Included dinner was terrible and after twenty years of visiting Poland, where virtually every meal Out has been excellent, the quality and service was terrible. Despite 1,000 Zloty per night for the room, we couldn’t even get into either swimming pool due to the number of teenage boys in there playing ball. We were told they have many kids clubs and football clubs visiting? Fine, but why not tell us that beforehand. It is noisy everywhere. My advice, and this is only the 2nd time that I have complained about a hotel, is to avoid this one. A Very disappointing place.
