I got lost in a rental car in the middle of Loja one night. I was exhausted, had no WiFi and no idea what to do. Then I saw the Zamorano Real. I double parked and ran in. They took it from there. The people were great. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was up-to- date. The WiFi and breakfast were great and free. It was a bit pricier than I usually pay but it certainly wasn’t overpriced. One caution … They have a parking garage under the hotel, which is where I parked my SUV while there. The entrance/exit is so steep I didn’t think we’d be able to get it out. Took 3 guys!
Comfortable and clean rooms, great customer service. Very affordable and situated in a centric spot near everything. Is a good hotel if you go to Loja for business or pleasure.
This place is virtually silent at night (weekdays) and the rooms are very spacious. Everyone working there was lovely and every part of the hotel we came in contact with was very clean, well lit and was pleasing to the eye.
