My recent stay at the Pullman ZamZam Madina Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service that exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s prime location, just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque, made our spiritual journey incredibly convenient and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every member of the staff, from reception to housekeeping, was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable experience. Special thanks to the dedicated team at the Accor Members Reception Dalya, whose professionalism and personalised care made us feel truly valued. Overall, Pullman ZamZam Madina provided a serene and uplifting environment that enhanced both our comfort and spiritual reflection. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina.
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. But what really stood out was the exceptional service, especially from one of the staff members, Ali. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He also can speak bahasa. His warm and professional attitude made our stay extra special.
I believe the service here is exceptional! Despite many people checking in and out, they managed to pull out a very good services. The room service took them less than 30mins. All the staff there (especially: Muhammad, Ali, Abbas and Islam) were very accommodating.
