Zamzam Towers Hotel

The rooms were pretty spacious, and importantly for me, the TV had an HDMI cable port. The shower was trouble - the water pressure wasn't great, and the water was not quite satisfyingly hot. There was another issue with the bathroom, but to be fair we told them about it and they fixed it pretty quickly. The staff were nice and courteous. The room key is an ancient chip card, and you only get one. They really should upgrade their door-locking system. As far as I know, there was no gym or pool. The WiFi was quite bad. Don't count on it. The price point could be a bit lower but I mean as a customer that'll always be a demand of ours. It was a nice hotel but I'd advise having another place to shower at least 😅 it is manageable but don't expect to "enjoy" the shower Unfortunately, they also gave information about our stay at the hotel to a caller without our permission, although such information should be confidential.

Really dirty, outdated rooms, no valet nor anyone to help with your bags. This should be a 2-3 star max hotel. Over priced and should not be considered 4 star. Only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because the staff at the reception was super cool and nice.

The reception staff is supportive . No one to help in the luggage Water pressure is very low Room floor very dirty Towels are dirty. Hotel need total renovation
