We had booked three rooms for two nights. Initially, we were a bit skeptical since the resort does not have direct access to the river. However, after speaking with the Duty Manager, Sourabh, who assured us about the quality of their services, we felt more at ease. And indeed, his words proved true—the resort has an excellent team that shares a common goal: ensuring guests’ comfort. The restaurant is outstanding, with excellent food quality, great taste, and prompt service. The chefs and waitstaff go out of their way to accommodate every request, making the dining experience truly delightful. The property itself is very comfortable, with access to a clean and well-maintained pool. The rooms are spotless, and the room service is efficient and attentive. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, always making sure guests have an enjoyable stay. The resort also partners with reliable local guides for trekking, mountain viewing, and river rafting, which added to the overall experience. I would rate this resort 9 out of 10—deducting just one point due to certain infrastructural limitations, which are beyond their control. Overall, our family stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property

Wonderful Stay at ZANA Resort, Jim Corbett Our stay at ZANA Resort was truly memorable. The resort is beautifully located amidst nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern comforts. What really stood out was the hospitality – the staff was extremely polite, attentive, and took care of every little need, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and served with great care. There was a wide variety to suit all tastes, and every meal was thoroughly enjoyable. The gaming zone was a big hit with the kids. A special thanks to Pawan, who was exceptionally friendly and engaging with the children. They had a fantastic time playing with him and still talk about how much fun they had. Overall, ZANA Resort is a perfect destination for families seeking comfort, fun, and a close-to-nature experience. We highly recommend it and would love to visit again!
