Zanbluu Beach Hotel

We had a great time at Zanbluu! The resort is great and the direct access to the beach is definitively a plus! Staff were absolutely lovely 🫶🏼

This is our third stay at Zanbluu, and once again, it has been an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrive, we feel an overwhelming sense of "home" – a welcoming warmth that is so rare to find. The staff at Zanbluu truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. They know us by name, and this personal touch, combined with their genuine care, attentiveness, and thoughtful gestures, always leaves us feeling like part of the family. The hospitality is beyond exceptional. Everyone at Zanbluu is always eager to assist, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Whether it’s arranging an activity or simply checking in to see how we’re doing, the staff’s commitment to providing top-notch service is always evident. They’re not just doing their job – they are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The food is divine. Every meal is a culinary delight, showcasing the best of local and international flavors, expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients. Whether it's a casual breakfast or an exquisite dinner, we never cease to be amazed by the quality and variety of dishes on offer. The villas are simply stunning. Spacious, meticulously clean, and incredibly comfortable, they offer the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. It’s clear that Zanbluu places great emphasis on creating an atmosphere of relaxation. Overall, our time at Zanbluu has been nothing short of perfection, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We cannot recommend this hotel enough – it truly feels like a second home. It’s a nicely designed hotel with lovely views (though there’s no real beach). On the first night of our 4-night stay, we encountered bed bugs in our bungalow. From my point of view, the issue was not taken seriously by the staff and was not properly addressed. We were never offered a room change, and any complimentary services—such as dry cleaning—were only offered on the final day, when it felt too late to matter, especially since we hadn’t been moved to another room. We were fully refunded, but I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone - lots of unnecessary stress.
