Best stay I’ve had in Thailand in years. Except the ongoing construction, the staff, the bed, the view, the food, and the accommodations were wonderful. The stay really made me feel as if I were someplace other than Pattaya Beach. Thumbs up crew.
The hotel is really nice. Such a pity that the swimming pool is so neglected. The salt build-up is so bad it hurts your feet and broken tiles have sharp edges. I don't understand why they do not maintain the pool better for such a well located hotel. The beach was not clean and the sea water was full of town waste running into the sea. Still enjoyed the stay but had to be careful in the pool not to get hurt.
The location of the hotel is great, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. However, our experience with the room was less than satisfactory. The first room we were given was partially dirty and the air conditioning was not functioning. We requested a room change, but the new room had an unpleasant sewage odor. The staff were okay, but it took quite some time to receive assistance.
