A beautiful place with an incredible view. Peaceful, relaxing, and very lovely. Stratos, who took care of us throughout our entire stay, was perfect from start to finish, always there to help with transportation and to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it, 100%.

At the beginning of our stay, we received a very warm welcome, but the service was a disaster afterward: the room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay (5 days). Breakfast was never cleared away; they only cleared it the next day, despite our warnings (a serious lack of hygiene). The reception was always open, but there wasn't a soul; we never found anyone in the reception area. On our return, we were the only ones helping us carry our luggage, knowing that it's a high-rise hotel.

No hygiene, no staff, none of the promised amenities were available. Wouldn't even say its a 3-star hotel, never mind 5-star. Had decent view but you could definitely get your moneys worth elsewhere. We only managed to see one staff member the entirety of our stay, which was when she walked into our room after knocking once despite us telling her to wait. We tried to go find someone and she said she was busy so we would have to wait, she never came back. My partner went to their other establishment to find out if we still needed to wait as we were putting off going out for dinner, only to find her at a party of some kind. The breakfast was diabolical, didn't even bother with it after the first day disaster, cutlery was dirty and the tray was infested with ants. The tray was left in our room for three days leading it to go mouldy despite getting our room cleaned every day. We had to take it down to reception ourselves. No-one was even at reception the entirety of our stay so we weren't able to make anyone aware of our dissatisfaction. The toilet stunk, the taps were leaking, no toilet paper or shampoo/shower gell refill at all. Had to look for those elsewhere. The jacuzzi was full of trash and looked as though it had no general maintenance, sun-beds were covered in damp and needed a good clean. The only saving grace was the view, which doesn’t really justify the “5-star” rating this hotel has. You can definitely find better value for money elsewhere where.
