Zazz Urban Ho Chi Minh Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zazz Urban Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who were always attentive and eager to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their welcoming attitude made my stay all the more comfortable and pleasant. The security guards deserve special mention as well—they were not only professional but also incredibly nice and approachable. It was reassuring to see their dedication to ensuring the safety and security of all guests, which added to the overall sense of comfort during my visit. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with a cozy yet modern ambiance that made me feel at home. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Throughout my stay, I experienced excellent service, and I appreciated the genuine hospitality shown by everyone at the hotel. Overall, my experience at Zazz Urban Hotel was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and a safe environment that will make your stay memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super friendly, the pool and gym are nice, and the breakfast food was delicious! Rooms are small, but to be expected from an urban hotel

Overall, I’d stay here again. Pros: Great location, also right next to 7/11. Breakfast food was pretty good and mostly clean. The drinks at breakfast were fantastic. I also loved the fresh fruit. Rooms were decent, especially for the price. Best security guards in the front. They were super helpful and even cleaned up on their downtime. Cons: They do try to nickel and dime you. They charged me 200K for not returning one of the room keys. I’ve never gotten charged for a room key before. They didn’t mention that at check in but apparently there’s a sign up front that says it that I didn’t see. Also, the second floor is listed as a work space on the elevator signage but when I went up there to work on my laptop, they told me it was a dining area and I had to buy food or drinks to sit there. I did find a hair in the soy rice they served at breakfast. The gym was tiny and the AC didn’t work. It was super hot in there.
