Stayed here two weeks ago. Great location, good variety of breakfast and dinner ( it’s not like the people complaining about the variety of food have more choices every day at home 😂) The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The parking lot attendant guy even took our luggage to the hotel. The whole spa area was clean and the mineral water temperature was pleasant. Definitely recommending this hotel.
I have been in this Hotel for three nights and had a very nice time. The Hotel needs some maintenance specially in the showers but the food and the people that are working there are excellent. I took a facial and massage in the Spa with Mariana she is good in her work. Thanks I had a nice and relaxing time in your place.
We weren't very pleased with the buffet breakfast and dinner. Most of the food was stale. The staff at the spa was not polite and felt like they didn't want to be there. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is perfect, at the center of the town with tourist attractions, restaurants and bars in close proximity. The hotel maids were professional and nice. We also very much enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.
