My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a full week. The rooms were very clean and the location is outstanding. What made our stay EXCELLENT was how incredible the staff were. A special BIG THANK YOU goes out to Mareike. Mareike helped us many times as we are not able to speak German. Her English is excellent and she was always so kind and helpful to us. The owner of the hotel is very lucky to have someone as professional as Mareike working there. To all of the staff. Keep up the great job and thank you for making our stay there so GREAT!! The staff of the recently opened hotel has service in their blood. Very friendly, service oriented and in a really positive atmosphere. Rooms clean and renovated, it was a pleasure to stay here.

The rooms are a bit dated and could be improved. Great service. Zeitlos is a "Du" hotel to make the whole experience more intimate and relaxed, which works very well! The breakfast is well-designed, with the option of outdoor seating. The location is absolutely outstanding, about 15 seconds from the beach. All in all, highly recommended! Addendum: After another visit, I have to adjust my review. What I dismissed on the first visit as "okay, it can happen" I can't let stand anymore. Terrible service. The beer garden is supposedly open, but it's not. The door is closed from 7:00 PM!! even though it says it's open from 10:00 PM, the bar is never open, there's a huge damp and mold stain on the first floor, hair in the shower, the bathroom generally not very clean, and many other things that were really bad this time. That was unfortunately it for us, too bad. The location is really very good, but in my opinion, the hotel's management needs urgent improvement. I would have liked to discuss this in person, but there wasn't even an opportunity at checkout. It's a shame.
