We spent 4 nights here and it was amazing. The hotel blends perfectly with the nature around it and it feels like an oasis away from the crowd and the chaos. The staff (young for a change) was very professional and guest-focused. We loved the buffet and the hotel grounds. We hope we can go back again.
Stayed at the hotel with our family including our 4 y.o son and had a fantastic time. Rooms are specious, quiet and include a small kitchen (with all utilities) which is a big plus when traveling with kids. Food was decent, good hotel facilities, awesome pools and really nice beach. Service in times can be improved to mostly be more consistent as some of the staff were not well informed and therefore not as helpful. Overall highly recommended especially for families with kids!
We had one of the most frustrating experiences at this resort, The resort is beautiful, but this incident completely ruined our day. We booked a taxi two hours in advance, but due to the long walking distance between the rooms and the lobby, we arrived a few minutes late. We had already informed the staff we were running late and even offered to pay the driver extra for waiting. Despite this, the taxi left — and we were told it was gone without any effort to hold it or communicate properly. Completely unprofessional. Afterward, we were left waiting in the lobby, tired and dehydrated, and noticed a fridge with water bottles. There’s another fridge in the gym area where guests are allowed to take water freely, so we assumed this was the same policy. This was the first time we took from that fridge, and hadn’t even opened the bottles when an employee came up and spoke to us in a condescending, borderline aggressive tone, asking who gave us permission to open it. He raised his voice unnecessarily, talked down to us like children, and made a huge scene over a basic courtesy like water — even after we politely explained it was a misunderstanding. To top it off, another staff member we tried to speak with completely ignored us. When we requested another taxi, we were told it would take 45 minutes, which honestly felt like they were just messing with us at that point. Given everything else, it’s hard to believe they were being genuine We ended up staying at the resort and canceling all our plans Super disappointed and shocked!
