Zel Punta Cana All Suites All inclusive

Great experience at Zel Punta Cana, all of the workers were very kind and lots of activities to do throughout every day. The Ava Spa experience was well worth the cost also. We had Carlos as our concierge and he made sure we had a great time!

Zel Punta Cana is an excellent resort if you are looking to have a quiet/relaxed vacation with family, couple or friends. The customer service is outstanding. All the employees are very friendly and attentive making you feel at home. The mediterranean style is beautiful creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Resort is very clean and the food of all the restaurants is very good. We stayed 8 nights and all their daily and night activities made each day unique. We met exceptional employees: Raphy, our concierge; Eliezer from the reception; Luis Perez from Tacorini; Justin & an awesome red-hair girl (don't recall her name) from Neguri; Yuli, Soribel & Akemy from Ava Spa along other extraordinary employees. I will miss all the kind people I met through out my stay. I highly recommend Zel if you want to visit Punta Cana.

Loving the resort the activities are very fun. A good mix of relaxation and fun. Always something to do or something going on. Sangria class was great with Johanna & Fish. Room was very clean and service is excellent throughout the property. Staff go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met. Shout out to Ralphy and Jo
