A good place nice staff. Good location
Extremely shady. I booked a stay and they confirmed then I get an email from them saying the room I booked was "under renovation" and to cancel my reservation, which still would have charged me, or they would book me a hotel near by, and the option they gave me was the cheapest place around literally a bamboo hut. Then I called agoda and they said Zen had sent an email to agoda saying we never showed up. Yeah. Shadiest place I've ever been would highly recommend not bothering with this place.
When you book a room they will email you telling you they have to cancel because room is under renovation, and then will not give a refund but try and book you somewhere else half the price instead. Extremely shady and would not recommend to anyone ever.
