Zenit Don Yo

The rooms were basic but clean. Was expecting a little more space for clothes. Asked for more hangers but never got them. Stated coffee facilities in room but there were none. However staff were polite and friendly and breakfast was good.

Room is big. However the service is terrible. We booked a room with parking and they didn't give us a heads up that the city centre will be blocked due to the procession. So we had to pay parking twice. They also don't explain that without the room key the water doesn't work. Not intuitive. But the worse is that we intentionally booked a hotel with a gym, which is super dated and they only have one key which you have to collect from reception but if there are multiple people using it, it's not convenient. The location is good but the unfriendliness of reception, the lack of explanation on how things work and inconvenience of the gym usage overshadowed it.

This is definetely not a 4 stars hotel, terrible insulation for noise and fresh air. Límited choice for breakfast and the service are unpolite and rude. Gym is open at 8am when normally people get out for work. Terrible experience only the reception people deserve a 5 star evaluation for their kidness and support!
