Very central hotel, close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. Friendly and customer-oriented staff. The room was clean and pleasant with various amenities. In my opinion, the mattress was a bit hard and not very comfortable. Varied breakfast. I strongly recommend it.
Nice hotel, good location, without noice from the street, on 10th floor you can enjoy the view, no water available in the room.
Location is great with easy walking distance to the train station and also many bars and tapas options nearby. Staff were excellent and catered to a couple of our requests, such as a second chair in the room, with no fuss. The included breakfast had lots of options from European to western staples which was appreciated. The suite was roomy and the bed was quite comfortable although the room was let down by the lack of a couch or seating for more than one. There is a huge bath in the living space but a couch would be much more welcome given the room had quite a good view out over the water. There is a bit of noise such as footsteps, furniture being moved, toilet flushing etc coming through from the apartment above which woke us up from time to time. I also spotted a couple of cockroach’s in the breakfast dining room. This might have been a one off or a seasonal issue, no doubt they will be on top of it.
