This hotel's best is view! That's all. Services and amenities aren't perfect. Compliment water bottle isn't, because of environmental policy. Instead there's drinking water tap at the washing stand.... A kind concierge staff explained it but I could't understand.... Because I've never seen it any hotel.... And there's a price list of amenities such as towel, iron... Do you have lots of thieves or many people want to buy your amenities? How ridiculous! View is really amazing, but I wouldn't like to choice this hotel brand again. Staffs are kind and freindly, but your hotel's policy is so weird to me. Ah! Ice bucket is free!
Before this, I read many bad reviews about this hotel. I stayed here on 26–27 July 2025. My review has some good parts and some areas that need improvement. The good parts: All the staff were nice and friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast, no long waiting time. Thank you to the hotel for the complimentary cake and simple decoration for my husband’s birthday. Breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were complete. The view of the lake and bridge was really beautiful. The aircond took some time to cool the room at first, maybe because the weather outside was very hot.But after a few hours,it became cool and comfortable Areas that need improvement: The cleanliness of the carpet and corners of the room. The carpet had a bit of a smell and needs deep cleaning. The corners of the room also need to be cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust that wasn’t wiped. The room windows also need to be cleaned. Please monitor your housekeeping team more closely, and maybe consider adding more housekeeping staff
I’ve never experienced anything this frustrating at a hotel before. During checkout on the weekend, I was forced to wait 40 minutes just to get into a lift. Out of four lifts, only TWO were working — and every time the doors opened, they were already completely packed. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges premium rates. What’s the point of a comfortable room if you can’t even get downstairs without wasting nearly an hour? Fix your lift system — this is poor planning, poor maintenance, and a total lack of consideration for guests.
