We arrived after a long flight from London - and we can only say how grateful we are to Sophie for the beautiful welcome! It was such a relaxing time staying here, great staff, cleanest most stylish private bungalows - 1000% recommend!!!! And they have the cutest cats!!!!!
We loved the hotel! It was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful, the smell was amazing, it looked like a dream, Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Greatings to Oskar and his Co-Worker from the reception, sadly we forgot to ask for his name. Room service was top. Ambiente was nice. Location was good. We were in Mexico for 3 weeks, this was one of 4 Hotels and it was definitely the best. Highly recommend!
We spent one night here and it was amazing, we would have loved to have stayed longer! The staff were all very friendly and helpful (particularly Alfonso when he checked us in!) and the resort was gorgeous. Around a 20 minute walk to the ADO bus terminal
