Great option for a central comfy room with all that you need. Breakfast is superb, very complete, and the dinner menu is good as well. The staff is helpful. The only thing I could raise is the internet; from the room I had, wifi connexion was almost impossible to get, so not necessarily the best option if you want to work from your room.

I booked this hotel based on positive reviews, which turned out to be quite misleading. Overall, I would rate the place 6.5/10, mainly due to cleanliness issues. The room carpets were noticeably dirty, and the decor felt very outdated—the wall paintings, in particular, gave off a rather eerie, horror-movie vibe. Arriving at night was even more unsettling, as we had to wait for the main gate to open, which only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, customer service was poor; despite carrying several bags, no one offered to help—even the security guard just stood by without assisting. For the price paid, the experience was definitely not worth it. The only highlight was the breakfast and the staff in the dining area, who were friendly and attentive.
