Zephyr Targa Marrakech

A very pleasant stay in a peaceful and well-maintained setting. The hotel provides excellent comfort, with clean, spacious, and quiet rooms. The staff is attentive, professional, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The hotel is breath-taking. It's clean, with lots of activities and clean swimming pools. It was quiet and calme. The service was nice, excluding the life guard in the main pool who was oddly rude about the dress code even though i was wearing a swimming dress but it outrageously didn't "match" the pool's dress code even though i swam in the other pool comfortably. The pool's water's quality wasn't the best, i had the driest hair after swimming and got face dryness due to the chlorine and it gave my sister slight vitilgo. But overall, it was enjoyable. We booked an appartment during the two times we stayed there, and not once did we find it 'dusty' or 'unclean' like the other reviews indicate. It was organized, and large. But one thing my sister noticed was mosquitos in the ground level rooms and appartment. And i disliked how most of the times you don't find towels once you first check-in and have to wait for the staff to bring them. The location is good, it's close to markets but outside of the city chaos. Note: it takes a long time to check-in and i hope it gets fixed. The hotel was safe, we didn't experience any discomfort. The billiard was fun and i enjoyed it. And lastly, speaking about the restaurant, i recommend visiting it at night for the warm vibes. It's a little overpriced but the pizzas were EXCELLENT. It has a great view. Therefore, i recommend staying in this hotel. It's amazing and a great chance to relax and have a fantastic time with your family, friends and yourself.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at **ZEPHYR Targa in Marrakesh** was frustrating enough to warrant one. I had high expectations given the price point, but unfortunately, this hotel failed on multiple fronts. First, the **food was shockingly expensive for the quality**. The menu promised a fine dining experience, but what I received was bland, poorly prepared, and certainly not worth the inflated prices. To make matters worse, the **service was incredibly poor** – the waiters were inattentive, slow, and at times outright rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor just by taking our order. The **staff in general lacked professionalism and warmth**, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. There was no effort to make guests feel welcome or looked after, and any request seemed like a burden to them. As for the room – extremely disappointing. It was **dusty and poorly maintained**, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Even worse, the **toilet's air compressor was broken**, which caused a constant bad odor in the bathroom. We reported it, but nothing was done during our stay. Overall, I would **not recommend staying at ZEPHYR Targa**. It looks decent from the outside, but the **service, food, and cleanliness** are far below acceptable standards, especially considering the price. A deeply regrettable experience.
