Wonderful Stay at Zepter Hotel Belgrade Our experience at Zepter Hotel was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh options. We were in Belgrade for my son’s wedding, and many of our guests stayed at the hotel—everyone was highly impressed with the service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belgrade. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located and offers spacious rooms and suites with lovely high ceilings which gives an evening greater feeling of space. The staff are exceptional and have a very caring warm and friendly manner. Many times going above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Belgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at the Zepter Hotel for two nights and would like to extend our highest praises. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality, particularly from the Reception Manager, Mr. Aleksandar, whose professionalism and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We were delighted to receive an upgraded Junior Suite, which was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable living room and a modern, functional bathroom. The entire hotel staff deserves special recognition, including the waiter and waitress who provided outstanding service during breakfast and at the bar. We truly appreciated their kindness, especially when they kept a bottle of wine for us until the end of the day. It was also a lovely gesture from the hotel owner to send us a complimentary drink. Beyond the warm and welcoming service, the hotel’s location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Belgrade. We believe there is no better location for a hotel in the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of options, and our dinner experience at the hotel restaurant was equally impressive. The Zepter steak and soups were absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, Zepter Hotel will be our first choice for our next visit to Belgrade!
