I had a wonderful stay at Key hotel .The location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I needed directions. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. While the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying there in March. The service was warm and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and there was shade for sun and space heaters for the chilly evenings as needed. The morning breakfast was amazing and the most impressive thing was seeing the entire honeycomb. The food was delicious and all of the employees were courteous and helpful.

I got upgraded on check in and the room was a nice size. It was on the 6th floor on the road side but it wasn’t very noisy so I could sleep okay. You get one free bottle of water, I feel during the height of summer this could be topped up for free daily as a simple gesture considering the price of the rooms go up in summer. The breakfast was okay, not the best I’ve had but not terrible - continental and some fruit, it just wasn’t a great selection. Staff were friendly. Location was okay for me, it’s away from the hustle and bustle but city centre within walking distance and also the neighbourhood has some interesting places to eat and feels like it has more of a local vibe which was good.
