A Perfect Stay in Crete Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Zeus Village Resort. The room was stunning, modern, clean, and came with a lovely balcony that made mornings extra special. The staff really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm and professional. The bar team were especially lovely, friendly, fun, and fantastic at what they do. The reception team were also brilliant, always helpful, efficient, and welcoming. My wife had a massage during our stay and absolutely loved it. Great quality and excellent value for money. What really made it memorable was the personal touch, when the team found out it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of wine sent to our room. Such a kind gesture! The pool vibes were spot on. Beautifully maintained, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of great sun lounger options. And the breakfast. Incredible. Great variety, fresh ingredients, and genuinely one of the best resort breakfasts we’ve had. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Zeus is an absolute jem. The beautifully arranged spaces create a serene environment that instantly makes you feel at ease. The cuisine is simply exquisite and the staff are some of the most polite and welcoming people you’ll meet. Its location is ideal, very close to the city yet quiet and calm. One of the best 4-star hotels you can visit in Chania.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Every member of staff we met, from housekeeping to bartenders and managers, was very nice, and we felt very welcome. The pool area is just amazing, and relaxing there with delicious drinks from the pool bar was absolutely delightful. The bar staff were happy to prepare cocktails that were not on the menu which was appreciated. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options which varied every day. The only thing I wish they had is plant based (almond/soy/oat etc) milk as an alternative to cow milk for coffees. Location is excellent, close to Chania town centre, the taxi is only €12 or there is a regular bus service which is only €1.2. The bus stop is very close. There are plenty of taverns around and some big supermarkets. The beach is only 10 minutes away and is stunning! A few downsides: It was not possible to have dinner at the hotel as the restaurant was not yet open for the season during our stay in mid May. This was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking and this restaurant was actually one of the deciding factors for us when we were choosing the resort. The pool bar is open until late which is nice but they don’t even serve any snacks expect nuts and crisps. The room was a bit dated and we had some problems with hot water. On the first night there was no hot water at all so we couldn’t shower after a long journey, other times it would only start after you run the shower for about 10 minutes first. This caused us some inconvenience. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!
