Although we had mistakenly booked a smaller room, the staff handled it with such grace and efficiency. As soon as we informed them, they immediately checked availability and upgraded us to a more spacious room without any hassle. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The manager and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were provided with a detailed map highlighting the best tourist destinations, local markets, and cultural spots to explore. The manager personally recommended the finest restaurants and even guided us to the famous saffron market. What truly stood out was the warmth and cultural richness of the people here. As a thoughtful gesture, the manager gifted me a beautiful scarf and a small token representing their local heritage, which made the experience even more special. He also regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part about the hotel was its convenient location—close to all the major tourist attractions, so we never needed to take a taxi. This stay was not just about the accommodation, but about feeling truly cared for. We would definitely choose this hotel again whenever we return. Highly recommended!

This hotel is PERFECT for a solo traveler, the room is clean and complete for everything you will need on your stay, and the price per night is not bad. The staffs are all nice and make sure you are comfortable during your stay. In addition, the free breakfast will boost your day, the management deserved an outstanding 5 star!
