We had an excellent stay here. The family who runs the place is very kind and helpful. They gave us valuable information about the mountains and a map which saved us many times. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are decorated simply with a rustic American style. It is very clean and there is a kettle in the room. It is about 15 minutes from the airport (30ish yuan) and a 15 minute walk to major transportation to the sites. Directly infront are several local restaurants where we always got a delicious Chinese breakfast for 10-15 yuan each. Highly recommended place to stay and the price is great.

Superb hospitality, service, and food from Lucas and his team, with bright and clean rooms that didn't need air conditioning or heating in spring. We flew in to Zhangjiajie airport and arranged airport pickup through the hotel both ways, which made travel much easier. Lucas spoke excellent English and was full of tips and advice for the area and helped us to arrange our itineraries into the park each day. The hotel is right next to the Yangjiajie entrance to the park = very convenient. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent, and the staff were able to cater to different food requests easily. Recommended!

The location is great, which is near to bus terminal and train station. The owner help us carrying luggages and picked us from the bus terminal. He helped us to plan our trip in Zhangjiajie 2.5 days wisely with many useful info. He also drove us and bought caple tickets to Tianmen Mt. And sent us back to the train statiom on the last day. All of those services are free with his enthusiastic. Thanks to him our trip was very much enjoyable! Definitely I will recommend the hotel for my friends.
