I did not actually stay at this hotel, but I needed help with something urgent and went to them, they were lovely, friendly and helpful! Also, what I could see from the hotel made a good impression. Next time I need a hotel in the west of Beijing I will check here for availability!
did not enjoy my stay and did not get back my deposit, poor customer service and no one spoke any English which made it hard to communicate, will never stay there again.
Hotel was closed and didn't give us a notice beforehand. We had no where to stay when we arrived. Terrible.
