Zigna Kampung Batik

Even though our stay was limited in duration, the quality of service and the tranquil setting made our vacation both relaxing and refreshing. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the consistently high level of hospitality throughout our visit. Especially I would like to Convey my message and thank you to all staff hotel, who make our stay was memorable, we will definitely come again.Thank you for the birthday cake today.. Some feedback maybe need to be improved, we show some of staff / storekeeper wearing batik (3) at the lobby they look busy with their gadget and keep looking on it and don't care even the guest stand beside them while wait the lift,

I stayed here for three nights. On the second night, my wife had her period and experienced severe abdominal pain. The hotel staff was very responsive, providing service and assistance until my wife was taken to the emergency room, where they were still waiting for her. I salute them. The hotel atmosphere was excellent, and the food and breakfast were also good. Unfortunately, one night, there was live music that was very disturbing and even penetrated the room. The room was not soundproof, so the noise was still there. I still give this hotel 5 stars because of their attitude and concern in helping my wife, who suddenly fell ill. Thank you to the staff and Mr. Asep, who accompanied her to the hospital.

Our time at Solia Zigna was great! The staff went above and beyond —when we mentioned the Wi-Fi was slow in our Deluxe room, they upgraded us to a beautiful Suite at no extra cost! The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was ideal for exploring Kampung Batik, though a bit far from the city center—but that just made it more peaceful. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Would definitely stay again!
