Zillertalerhof Alpine Hideway

We had a fantastic stay here on our ski vacation. This boutique hotel is entirely renovated in a stylish way with a lot of artwork and interesting touches. Better suited for couples and adults but we did see one family and they seemed to be quite happy :) Location is a bit further from the gondola but there are 2 ski bus lines that stop right outside so no hassle. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and we had a wonderful time watching Niko the amazing bartender prepare delicious original drinks for us every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel worth the price. The service is super kind and the decorations are awesome. The food is really good but sometimes it doesn't suit everyone. The spa is awesome and there is a pool that's good for kids and teens. The spa and sauna offers tea. The breakfast is great. I'm very happy to be here. My favorite staff member was Erik. He really cared about us and he had a friendly smile.

Excellent room, SPA facilities, and food, great atmosphere and service, we will come back :) still, few small things that can be improved - - room curtains cannot block the light, especially as the balcony lights are working all night and flood the room with light. - afternoon free snacks - low quality, not in the level of everything else, better skip them or improve. - SPA towels given only at the reception is not fun if you are downstairs with a wet towel... also clean tea cups were missing afternoon - Drinking water at dinner - not nice, and not sustainable. Please charge us a few euro more for the all stay and give us tap water for free, we hate to order these fancy bottles for a price of wine glass...
