Zimbali Coastal Resort ZKY1 3 Bedroom Apartment

Great place, looks just like the pictures . The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Almost everything worked, tv remote in main bedroom didn't work for some reason, will inform owner of that, just remembered it while working this :) . The security in the estate was helpful and friendly, although during my stay they had issues with the gate system which was a little annoying when trying to get in and out the estate. The owner was very helpful and friendly. To sum it all up, will go again without blinking. This is a must stay.

We stayed at a self catering home, was clean and spacious. Some rooms could do with an upgrade but my biggest problem is if you don’t have your own car, it becomes difficult to get a taxi in to pick you up. Also taxi services drop you if they know they’re coming to Zimbali due to the security checks so your own vehicle IS A MUST. The service at the office center is terrible but overall an average experience which is a downer from the hype of the place.

The house is nice and spacious for a big family like ours. Didn't get in each other's way. The lady assisting was friendly and came every morning to clean up and tidy up for us. There's a pool which gives you access to the beach close by. Use the golf cart provided at the house. The main bedroom bed was uncomfortable, old and needs to be changed. The other bathroom wasn't working. The couches downstairs are old and outdated, need to be changed. And the blankets too, please change. They are old/ damaged by machine.
