A bit far from the old town but still walking distance to everywhere. Friendly staff and super clean room. We ordered cot for our little one, they brought great big cot with even cot bumper and lovely pillow and duvet. They also put special shampoo and shower gel and a toy for our little one. It was so thoughtful. They also offered 2 drinks as a complimentary. Thank you guys. Loved stay in this hotel.

Great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We took a connecting room which was very well proportioned and comfortable. The rooms were good value for high season. We did not eat at the hotel as there were plenty of breakfast places within 10 minutes at half the price. The location is great for the local train which comes from Hendaye and on to Bilbao (6 minutes walk) and the bus station is about 15 minutes walk with good connections to the airports. The old town is a little further but you can be at the beach in around 20 minutes. and the local bus routes near the hotel are fast to other parts of the city.

Lovely hotel with very spacious underground parking. We found the beds a tad hard but you might like that. Also, breakfast at 22 euro per person is a tad steep especially with so many lovely cafes nearby.
