One of the most professional staff I've ever come across in a hotel! From booking the hotel, to understanding the early check-in requests for my family - Mr. Bhadra helped us throughout! The rooms are huge and so clean. The service was amazing, all the other staff were really helpful too, the breakfast was very good too! My family stayed here for ~9 days and they were really comfortable and enjoyed their stay! Thank you so much! :) Also, the location is amazing, it's near amazing eateries at AECS layout!
I would say it's a great hotel. I stayed for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Sultan, in particular, is a great person—very eager to ensure guests are well taken care of.
