Zir Dream Thermal & Spa Hotel

Zir Dream Thermal & Spa Yalova Hotel is one of the best destination in Termal Yalova. I have stayed at the facility for two nights in the month of August 2022. Overall I give the hotel 5/5 rating. There is facility to reserve the room by call and sendıng them advance. All the staff members are trained and Good Professionals. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improve a little bit. Food is Just Full of Taste. I have given special tip to chefs and received a special omlet next day morning in Breakfast 🍳 . They are offering dinner as well. Termal Water Pool, Private Hamam, Spa and Turkish Hamam are also up to the Mark.

We initially booked a deluxe room with a terrace, but the room turned out to be basic. The bath tub was leaking, no hooks in the bathroom, no kettle, and not even a coffee table. We asked for an iron, and after waiting more than 24 hrs we received an iron that looked as if it had been through war: it really was a mess. We were given another room because of the leak and were told that it was a standard room, but we took it nevertheless. Upon moving to the basic room, we were shocked to find out that it was far better than our deluxe room: it was bigger, had a wonderful view and even had hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast was as standard as they come, and we only ate breakfast for one of our two days at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great though, and the staff were as helpful as they could be. The issue is the lack of management. I wouldn't stay again for the price we paid, but wouldn't totally discourage other from staying there also. It all depends on what rocks your boat.

The hotel is old and is not maintained at all. The rooms are dirty, there was a water leaking from the toilet and bathtub, we acted the reception to fix it twice but nobody came to fix the issue. There was inly one face towel per person, so no bath towel at all. When we requested more towels we again got 2 hand towel, 1 for each of us. The bathrobes are torn and this is spa hotel. Don't even try to go to the spa area, it's complete disaster - unti-sanitary, salt room is falling apart, cold sauna and hamam, the pool is dirty. I will not advise anyone to stay at this hotel.
