The hotel is lovely. On arrival they wheeled our cases and bags in, didn't allow us to help. Desk staff were lovely and pleasant as were staff in the restaurant. We arrived in the evening and they insisted on opening up the restaurant just for us. Staff walked us to our room and wheeled our cases up. Honestly staff went above and beyond. Food was lovely. No complaints at all. Haven't visited the local area yet so can't comment, and haven't used the pool etc yet. Lovely hotel so far.
It was a good stay. The staff was really nice and helpful. The food was great and plenty of various choices. The rooms would need to have a renovation but it did the purpose. A big thumbs up to the activity’s that Jumbo club had (animation group) there was plenty of interesting games to play. All in all a worthy hotel for 4 stars.
Good Morning, I was in this Hotel between 13 and 22 July. The Hotel is very nice and built like a mosque. The Service is not that good, sometimes they ignoring you! The food is okay sometimes Themes Dinner like Italian or France. The manager is very friendly but the stuff is not that all. The rooms are literally okay there are some luxury rooms but I think you have to book it! The Animation Team is very good and the Night Shows are even good! But the Beach is not connected to the Hotel!! And the Beach Bar is not all inklusive!! The Pools might be a little bit of more clean but it’s ok! I don’t wouldn’t come back because it’s not my type!
