Zoetry Agua Punta Cana All Inclusive

Great holiday, really good vibe around the pool. Entertainment team work hard and put on some great activities.bar staff very friendly and work hard. Never waiting long. We stay in block 35 and our maid was amazing. Room clean everyday and fridge always stocked. The waitress in the lobby always smiling and singing. A La carte restaurants were great.

We stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana with family and friends during our vacation and overall had a good time. The animation team for both kids and adults is excellent — they work hard to keep guests entertained throughout the day and bring great energy to the experience. The food was decent, though it could definitely benefit from more variety. What we liked the least were the rooms: they are quite small, especially the bathrooms, which offer very limited space to organize personal toiletries. There’s definitely room for improvement in that area. One major downside was the housekeeping service. It was honestly very disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned daily as one would normally expect in a hotel of this level. After leaving early in the morning and returning in the afternoon, we found the room untouched. We called the front desk twice requesting that it be cleaned while we went out again, but when we came back at night, nothing had been done. That was truly frustrating and not up to standard. Although the hotel is rated as five stars, in our opinion, it falls short of that level. A 3 1/2 stars rating would be more accurate, as there are several areas that could be improved

Bartenders at the sports bar is very friendly and accommodating. They are very accommodating and very pleasant to be with and talk to. Very friendly and if you want the best bartenders you need to speak to Victor from the sports bar. I spent the time with them and got to know him and spent the best time here with Victor. He helped with translations and provided the best tips around the resort. Marcia is the supervisor at this bar and she was very friendly and funny and kind. Looked after me during my whole stay at the resort. The rest of the restuarant is disappointing but they made my stay pleasant.
