An Unforgettable Stay at Zoëtry Mallorca – Truly Exceptional in Every Way This was our first trip to Mallorca, and Zoëtry was chosen by our daughter, who had stayed here before and left with wonderful memories. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the hotel’s unique architecture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. You immediately feel like you’ve arrived somewhere truly special. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking available. We were warmly welcomed at reception with friendly smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. To our delight, our rooms were also upgraded at no extra cost—such a lovely surprise! Our upgraded room was spacious and airy, with a large bathroom and a patio in front, where we relaxed comfortably throughout our stay. The hotel has two pools: one more suited for families with children, and the other, called the “relaxing pool,” offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for sunbathing and unwinding. For tennis enthusiasts, there are two separate grass courts surrounded by greenery. Rackets and balls are available from reception, and if you don’t have a partner to play with, the staff can even arrange a tennis instructor for you (EUR 75/hour). Breakfasts were excellent, with quick service and attentive, polite staff. In fact, throughout the entire resort, the staff were genuinely kind and always made us feel valued and well cared for. The management deserves real praise for running the property so well. Although the usual checkout time is noon, our flight on the last day was late in the evening. We asked for a late checkout and were very kindly accommodated. For a small fee of EUR 20 per hour, we were able to keep our room until 6 PM, which made a big difference in our comfort on departure day. If we return to Mallorca, we would absolutely choose to stay at Zoëtry again. It’s a wonderful, exceptionally well-run resort that we recommend without hesitation.

A great place overall and a place we'd come back to, but it's missing some details. Service at lunch is really slow. It took us nearly 2 and a half hours to get lunch and on one day our main got forgotten about. The staff were all trying their best but they could do with some more pairs of hands to spread the load would go a long way here. The food itself was great majority of the time. The drinks were great all the of time. For a 5 star hotel, there was some attention to details that were missed. For example the spa pool area had jets and useable things not working or very hard to get working. But it was very clean throughout. The rooms was great and no complains there. The location is stunning, you won't be disappointed, taking a slow stroll around the site and finding and exploring the points of interest was a great afternoon evening activity.

We were staying at El Castillo Hotel Son Vida, we heard good things about this hotel from a friend from Palma. We decided to have a look and a drink for potential future visits. We walked in the reception area and a bit of the gardens in front we barely saw any clients and couldn't find a bar or café. Beautiful building and surroundings. We decided to go have a look at the terrace next to the car parking, to which there were also no clients only a couple of staff. One of these staff members "Raul" look at what seemed lost people "us" and approached one of us. We expected some nice service and suggestions but no quite the opposite. Extremely rude and cold, telling us we do not have the right to be there if we are not guests and that it is a private property. (ok, but normally outside guests can consume other hotels restaurants and bars) even still if no outside guests were allowed we could have said it in a nice and proper way. Anyways if this is the kind of staff and service we should expected we will not be staying here for sure. We also left quite after this as we did not feel welcomed or respected. For those looking for a peace and quite similar to this "5* star hotel" I suggest you look at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. You will see what true 5* service and staff it is.
