We stayed for three months and were very happy. The room was a suite with bedroom living room bathroom and a kitchenette (though we only use the microwave and frig). There was a nice patio for the evening to enjoy. And a very sweet kitty that visited us each day (though he would have ignored us if I didn’t like petting her). The owner (and wife) is on site and very helpful. The restaurant was a great place for a quick meal when we were tired. The food and service are good. All and all great place to stay while we explored Cyprus

Bit of a let down tbh. Wasn't very clean. Moved rooms after the first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke. Next to road so can hear the ATV drivers speed race. Balcony was big and bed was comfy and big so I'll give it that. Tbf generally spacious place. Very close to bar street. Didn't feel "deluxe"...

This hotel is recently renovated and nicely designed. Location is just a step away from the bars, and 10 minutes walk to the beach, yet calm. There’s a parking available. The beds are AMAZING, we had a good night of sleep there. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by some of the amenities that you would expect to be basic in a 4* hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing (videos attached). I have never seen such poor variety of food even at 3* hotels. Only cheapest food: toast bread, 1 type of pastry, vegetables: cucumber and tomatoes. The hotel is a decent size, but there is no gym, stuff jokingly told me I could exercise in the restaurant area if I wanted. Only 2 irons available in the whole hotel, both broken, pictures attached. Overall, it’s ok for a 1-2 night stay, but I do not recommend it for a longer stay, as the basic amenities are not there. I hope the managers or owners will see my review, because it is really a shame that such a nice hotel has to go for cheap prices in high season due to poor management.
